But don't worry: With the new Streamer.bot Update v0.2.7 You're well prepared! This maintenance release is specifically designed to keep your setup stable and operational even after PubSub is discontinued.
What's new in Streamer.bot 0.2.7?
Even if it not yet the long-awaited 1.0 update with Dark Mode Version 0.2.7 brings significant changes:

A new method for Viewer Count Update trigger has been implemented to ensure that this function continues to work reliably.

Why this update is important
With the shutdown of Twitch PubSub, Streamer.bot 0.2.6 and older will experience problems – especially due to constant connection attempts to a service that no longer exists. Update to 0.2.7 is therefore indispensableto continue working smoothly with Twitch and triggering your events safely.
